6. User content
When you submit writing essays or speaking recordings, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that content for the purpose of providing AI-generated feedback and displaying your practice history. We do not claim ownership of your content. You retain all rights to your submissions.
7. AI-generated feedback
The Writing and Speaking feedback provided by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for practice purposes only. It does not constitute official IELTS scoring or a guarantee of exam performance. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated feedback.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTS Practice Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
